This is not even a 1 STAR. This is a no star! Why does this place exist. Do not place your loved ones in this place. They have neglected my father who lives here and it has not been the best. This place is horrible! They will neglect your loved ones. This place has left my dad with long extremely long nails and long beard and hair. They will not change their briefs for hours or days. I have went to visit my dad so many times and everytime he has a dirty brief. How is is possible for a brief to be nearly black? Neglect? Not checking on them or changing them in your shift. The staff is horrible. Based off the care from my dad.the staff isn’t doing their job,the right proper people are not being called to go down there to do a nail trim,a haircut. I go in there myself and shower my father because he’s always dirty. If a loved one refuses you keep Trying or you have someone else try. Nope. They leave them just as they are. I have worked in different rehabs,AL,Memory care, Front desk for about 4 years and this is disappointing seeing the neglect my father has received.

I am and always be disappointed in this place.the place itself reeks like Urine. The staff doesn’t do their job at ALL.

I have been a resident at Highline Post-Acute for the past five months, and I truly believe this is a wonderful place for recovery. My son said it best when he told me, “Mom, of all the places I’ve visited you at, this is by far the nicest.” From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how clean, organized, and welcoming everything felt. The food was good, and I honestly cannot think of anything negative to say about any department. From nursing to housekeeping and everyone in between, the staff worked together to make my stay comfortable and successful. Their teamwork helped me get ready to return home. I would especially like to recognize the housekeeping department, which is often overlooked. Their kindness and support meant a lot to me and made a lasting impression. I am very thankful for the care I received here and hope to come back someday.

As a hospice nurse who partners with many skilled nursing facilities, I can confidently say that Highline Post Acute truly stands out. What makes this building exceptional starts with its leadership. Zac, the Executive Director, brings a strong nursing background that clearly influences the culture of care. You can feel the difference—there is a high standard of clinical excellence, but just as importantly, a deep sense of support for the staff. When teams feel supported, patients and families feel it too, and that’s exactly what you experience here. The environment itself is warm, bright, and inviting, with large windows that bring in beautiful natural light—something that makes a meaningful difference in a resident’s day-to-day well-being. The facility serves a wonderfully diverse population and shows genuine respect and inclusivity in how care is delivered. I’m especially impressed by the level of support and recognition for veterans. It’s evident that honoring those who have served is not just a checkbox here—it’s part of the heart of the community. From the moment you walk in, the front desk team sets the tone. Mama D is so caring! You’re greeted with kindness, professionalism, and a sense that you truly matter. That first impression carries throughout the building, where staff are attentive, compassionate, and consistently go the extra mile. For families navigating the incredibly emotional decision of placing a loved one in a skilled nursing facility, I know how overwhelming it can feel. Highline Post Acute is one of those rare places where you can feel a sense of relief—knowing your loved one will be cared for with dignity, compassion, and clinical excellence. I would confidently recommend this facility to my own patients, friends, and family

Street parking. Multi capable accessible. We visit a family member that is here. Most residents seem cared for. The last time we visited, AFTER signing in, we were asked to put on a mask because COVID was in 1 of the halls. Fortunately not down the hall we were going. It would have been nice to have a sign on the front door giving visitors the option to not even enter knowing there is active COVID in the facility. Gratefully, there’s hand sanitizer dispensers located in many locations.

THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS. None of the photos on the website are true. It does not look like this. The services for its patients are horribly lacking. It’s an absolute nightmare. FOOD,I assume that’s what they determine it to be is deplorable…It’s social services personnel are nearly if not totally incompetent to provide even the simplest of services, ex. Eyeglasses takes two to three exams and over a year to receive. AT ALL COSTS…DO NOT PLACE YOUR LOVED ONE HERE

I absolutely love Highline Post Acute. They do a phenomenal job taking care of their residents and families. I’m incredibly impressed by the friendliness of the staff and their constant willingness to go above and beyond for every patient who walks through the door. I would highly recommend Highline Post Acute to anyone in need of compassionate, quality care. Tara, the social worker, and Lisa in admissions are both amazing, and Marie the liaison is also wonderful. All the staff are so friendly and always ready to help. Their dedication and compassion truly makes a difference ❤️

This not the place to send your love one as they constantly give you the wrong meals, don’t answer call buttons, leave you hooked up to machines for hours on end , don’t give you the right medications, I had been here for an infection I have found things like overnight staff not changing the antibiotics I was on correctly so that they leaked all over me instead of going into my blood stream like they are suppose too, that could of have given someone a worst infection. This review is being written because this writer spoke up constantly however was ignored and that’s scary. There are other places that will take care of your loved ones. I noticed that after I left this review they had staff write positive reviews of this place I failed to mention in one instance on my scheduled shower day they had forgotten to clean off poop from the shower chair they use nor did staff use disinfectant to clean it off, don’t be fooled by the positive reviews, yes morning staff there is attentive and great at what they do, the PTs are ok but once it hits 3 pm your loved ones are screwed, I lived it for 2 months…

I can’t tell you how happy I am that my husband is there. I talked to Nolan, the Director of Therapy, about his wheelchair appointment and what things they want to cover at this appointment, as well as, RTD and his day program. John mentioned to our son last weekend about several CNA’s coming up to him and asking if he needed anything. And the food and alternate food choices are excellent. All of the people I’ve met and talked to are very positive and helpful. He’s receiving the best care and attention that he’s received in a long time. Please pass my regards on to all the staff. My son and I couldn’t be more pleased.

Worst place in the world my mother in law was there they sent her with someone else’s meds when she came in a home pass she wouldn’t bathe her she has epilepsy and they would leave her on the floor right now she is fighting for her life in the hospital. She caught staff infection from them leaving her dirty it’s so bad that she has mold growing inside n out!!!!!!! She is getting taken off life support tomorrow 3/24/2024 she is not going to make it best believe we are using and making a scene about this place!!!!!!!! I wish I could give negative stars but Google won’t let me
